What happens to your document
What we read
The numbers on the sheet: prices, fees, tax, APR, and what the vehicle is. That is all the scan looks for.
What we never keep
The photo or PDF itself. It lives in memory for one read, then it is gone. It is never written to a disk, a database, or anyone's storage bucket.
What we never store
Names, addresses, signatures, phone numbers, or anything else personal that appears on the paperwork. If you email yourself a report, we send it once and forget the address.
The VIN
Kept internally only, to catch duplicate submissions. It never appears in public, and you will only ever see the last six characters of it.
Contributions
Nothing enters the public record unless you tick the box after a signed-deal scan. Skip the box and the numbers vanish with the document.
What this is not
Automata reads documents and does math. It is not legal or financial advice.
